Our ciabatta is made using traditional methods. It all starts two days before the bread is ready to bake, this allows for fermentation of the wheat and rye flour which maximises the taste and aroma of our bread. Our aim is to offer a high quality bread for you to enjoy with friends and family.

This bread goes great as fresh sandwiches, toasted, cut up into burger buns or use it for garlic bread. It also is a great addition to any cheese board or graze table.
